Description
Nawab of Oudh Intensivo by Ormonde Jayne is a spicy, ambery and deeply layered fragrance where rose blends with cardamom, resins and a smooth, refined oud.
To picture its scent, imagine dark rose petals surrounded by cardamom, cinnamon and dry spices, resting over warm resins and oud wood. Bergamot and orange bring some brightness at first, but the fragrance quickly becomes richer, more floral and more deeply spiced.
Labdanum, ambergris, vetiver and musk add depth and a dry, slightly resinous texture, while the oud remains beautifully integrated rather than aggressive. It smells of spiced rose, cardamom, warm amber and polished oud: complex, elegant and majestic, with a refined darkness that feels more resinous than animalic.
