Shipping policy

At Myscentory, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.

The delivery times indicated below refer to transit times from the moment the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Free shipping applies exclusively to Standard delivery. Express delivery is not included.

Processing, delivery and tracking

We work with different shipping carriers and select the most suitable service depending on the destination, availability and delivery option selected. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the available tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, logistical disruptions, weather conditions or periods of high demand.

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. International shipping is available only to destinations enabled during the checkout process.

Returns

Where the right of withdrawal applies, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your decision to return it.

Products must be kept in good condition and must not have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Decants and personalised products
Decants or other products prepared specifically according to the customer's individual instructions or specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where they legally qualify as personalised products.

Direct return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product, an error on the part of Myscentory, or where otherwise required by law.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, we will refund all amounts legally due, including the cost of the initial standard delivery. If you selected Express delivery, the additional cost compared with Standard delivery will not be refundable.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase and may be withheld until we have received the returned products or you provide proof that they have been sent back.

Damaged orders or delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged or significantly exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us and provide your order number. In the event of damage, we may ask you to provide photographs of the packaging and affected products so that we can process the issue.
